HG-35D全自動大桶焊接機 HG-35D AUTOMATIC PAIL BODY WELDER
產品性能及配置：
本機適用于制作金屬罐身，集自動成圓、焊接、實現機電一體化的全自動制罐設備。
1.觸摸式面板，簡易的人機操作界面，故障自動偵測，自動報警并提供排查方案的系統，保障設備的運行安全。相關的調整只需在面板上觸摸操作即可。
2.采用歐姆龍、三菱、施耐德、SMC、亞德客等質量優良的電氣元件。
3.電子式靜態可調式變頻逆變電源、水冷式焊接變壓器、焊接電流的強弱、頻率連續性等可任意調整。
4.增設銅線二次壓扁，使銅線經過下焊輪時更平整，焊縫更均勻。
5.配置臺灣品牌減速機，國內主流電動機的傳動系統，加強設備的運轉耐用性。
6.可與罐身內、外補涂機和罐身烘干機配套成生產線。

Performance and Configuration:
This machine is suitable for the production of metal can body, including automatic rolling and welding as mechatronics.
1. Touch panel, simple man-machine interface, automatic fault detection, automatic alarm and troubleshooting system, enable the safe operation of equipment, touch operation on panel for related adjustment.
2. Equipped with Omron, Mitsubishi, Schneider, SMC, AirTAC etc. high-quality electrical components.
3. Electronic static adjustable variable-frequency power inverter, water-cooled welding transformer, adjustable in welding current strength, and frequency continuity.
4. Additional double profiling unit for copper wire, enable the copper wire convey smoother on the lower welding roller, with more uniform welding seam.
5. Equipped with Taiwan brand reducer, the domestic mainstream motor as drive system, to enhance the durability of machine.
6. Can run with the inside/outside coating machine and curing system as production line.
